Your pet is transported with dignity to our cremation partner facility. We verify your pet's identity, label your pet’s file, and begin the aftercare process.

If you elected to have your pet's ashes returned to you, your pet will be cremated individually and their ashes will be returned to you in a cedar urn. Otherwise, your pet will be cremated in a communal cremation.

If you purchased the paw print option, a clay paw print will be created before cremation and kept to be delivered with your pet's ashes.

From pick-up to return of your pet's memorial items is 10-14 days. You will receive a call or text to coordinate the delivery of your pet's remains.

No. We provide aftercare only. For in-home euthanasia, we can share trusted veterinary contacts upon request.
